The tropical twist of pineapple and cherry give this Herefordshire craft cider its deliciously moreish exotic flavour. ‘No.8’ Sweet Farmhouse Cider  /  sweet  /  6.2%  /  HARRY’S CIDER

A traditional sweet cider, unfiltered and matured for a minimum of 6 months. A blend of bittersweet and bittersharp apples which makes a beautifully balanced cider with a slight acidity and sweetness followed by a smooth aftertaste.  SOMERSET / VG gf

Discovery Cider /  MEDIUM  /  6.0%  /  NIGHTINGALE CIDER CO

The Discovery apple is the first to mature and be picked in the autumn. With the nose and flavour of this early variety, our Discovery blend is a medium fruity cider with a delicate rosé blush. KENT / VG 

BROWNS  /  MEDIUM  /  6.8%  /  Newton Court Cider

With a full fruit name of Brown Snout to mislead you, you will be pleasantly surprised at the delicate peachy hue of this single variety cider.  One of the mid season ripening cider apples, the Browns were pleasing to press.  It’s the ideal time to be on the apple grading conveyor and the mill; the start-of-season hiccups in equipment are behind us, but the weather is still kind and the colours on the trees are a feast for the eyes.  Yields have been good and the fruit was pressed at the perfect window for sugars development.    HEREFORDSHIRE / VG GF

BULL WHALLOPER  /  MEDIUM  /  7.2%  /  HUNTS

Before the autumn cattle sales there would be Bull Wallopers calling on Mr. Hunt, “Ave ee some of the strong cider? Us had it ‘ere last year!” they’d ask, whilse eyeing his best cattle. This rich, medium-sweet cider always helped drive the bidding a little higher.  DEVON / VG GF

Medium Perry – A joyful, fruity, sweet cider and the first if it’s kind from Little Pomona. It’s a carefully curated blend of fresh tanks and barrel aged ciders from three different vintages. Made from 100 % organic Normandy cider apples (5 varieties) grown and harvested near the Chateau de Sassy. A subtle and well-balanced semi-dry organic cider. A fruity hit with notes of terroir in the front of the mouth, giving a reminder of the Norman origins of the product.    FRANCE / VG

Skylark is a next generation sparkling cider, popping with big notes of fresh Kentish dessert apples, followed by a flourish of complex cider tannins.
