ORGANIC FARMHOUSE SCRUMPY 7.4% DRY NEWTON COURT CIDER
A traditional strong dry farmhouse cider, stored in oak barrels on the farm over winter. The old fashioned saying is you never tap the barrel until you’ve heard the cuckoo.
We use mixed organic cider fruit from our ancient orchards to deliver a strong, complex flavour. Herefordshire

TURNING JAPANESE – 2023 MEDIUM PYDER 7.1% MEDIUM BIGNOSE & BEARDY
Our friend Jenni lets us pick her orchard in Horam. The Japanese Pears almost look like apples but with a very different flavour. We pressed these with Michelin, Dabinett and Bramley apples to create a well balanced acid led Pyder with a pleasing long finish. Sussex

SANDFORD RESERVE 7.4% DRY SANDFORD ORCHARDS
It’s a blend of the year’s best ciders, made with rare apples grown in old, old Devon orchards. It’s aged in vat, cask and foudre, then bottled at the moment when barrel and fruit marry

ELDERFLOWER & ELDERBERRY LIMBERTWIG 4.0% SWEET GUN BREWERY
Our first foray into the world of fruited cider is an ode to Sambucus – a delicious Elderberry & Elderflower number. Unlike many fruited ciders, you won’t find any artificial flavours here: Just a blend of pure apple juice (Braeburn and Gala), elderberry juice and elderflower cordial, fermented with Champagne yeast. MELONCHERRY 3.4% SWEET FRUITY RED FIN CIDER
