An Evening of Street Food with Sticky Beaks

Sticky Beaks

Sticky Beaks specialise in hand shredded, slow-roasted, mouth-watering meats using ingredients and flavours inspired by cuisines from around the world to help make their unique and totally delicious sandwiches, wraps and salads.

All the meat they serve is free-range, sourced from British animals while all the sauces are Sticky Beaks’ own recipes, handmade by the incredible Bex. Very few chefs in the country put quite as much time into their cooking as Sticky Beaks, whose meat is often cooking for up to 10 hours at a time to make sure it couldn’t be jam-packed with any more flavour.

Menu as below folks…

Vietnamese Pork –
8-hour slow-roasted pork shoulder in Vietnamese spiced marinade with mayonnaise, smooth pate, home-pickled carrot & cucumber, fresh mint and coriander, topped with a chilli jam and fried chilli onions

Served on a crusty roll or cous cous salad

Moroccan Lamb –
8-hour slow-roasted lamb shoulder with a north African spiced rub, smothered in a smoky, sweet and spicy home-made sauce, chargrilled chilli and tomato salsa, feta, salad leaves, topped with an aromatic, crunchy hazelnut dukkah

Served on a flatbread or cous cous salad

Twisted Cheese and Pickle (V/VE) –
Grilled Halloumi marinated in oregano, lemon and garlic on a bed of hummus, tabbouleh, salad leaves , homemade pickled chillies , pomegranate seeds topped with a minted yoghurt
(Vegan style Halloumi)

Served on a flatbread or cous cous salad

Mexican Beef Chilli –
Marinated and slow cooked Beef brisket, served with salad leaves, fresh guacamole, fresh tomato salsa , lime soured cream, grated cheese and topped with crushed tortilla chips, chillies and chives
