THE MAYPOLE 4.0% BREW YORK VG
The Maypole is a cask pale ale inspired by the shadowed past of a 17th century inn on the village green in York (now known as the The Old Grey Mare). Once host to betrayal, poison, and fire, its story lingers – where two lovers met their fate in 1647 and flames claimed the building a year later. Pouring pale gold with a soft haze, it bursts with lime zest, peach, and tropical fruit. Motueka and Harlequin hops join forces to bring a crisp citrus bite and subtle depth. NORTH Yorkshire

ROSHERVILLE RED 4.8% IRON PIER beer VG GF
A hop-forward Red Rye IPA that balances a, deep red-amber hue, sweet caramel malt, and a characteristic rye spice with Citra and Mosaic hops. It is described as a “deeply scrumptious,” fruity, and well-balanced sessionable ale. KENT

Made with plenty of oats and wheat to promote mouthfeel, we then hopped with Strata T90 and Strata CGX, so expect plenty of punchy strawberry, grapefruit and cannabis which cut through the subtle tobacco from the dark malt. CHESHIRE
JAIPUR 5.9% THORNBRIDGE
Recognised as the first UK craft IPA, brewed with a huge amount of US hops providing a fantastic experience of grapefruit, lemon and tropical fruit with an enticing bitterness. We balance these with a great English malt base of Low Colour Maris Otter from Norfolk that helps keep the beer light and drinkable with enough sweetness to keep it all in harmony. Derbyshire

Made with 50% wheat in the mash, this pillowy soft IPA is hopped throughout with fresh Galaxy T90s. Expect passionfruit with a touch of juicy peach. CHESHIRE
UNION AMERICAN BROWN ALE 5.6% THORNBRIDGE x TRACK
Track make some of the best modern classics around, so Thornbridge were thrilled to welcome them to Bakewell for a brew on their Union system. Together they developed a recipe for an American Brown Ale built on a complex and intriguing malt bill, giving the beer its inviting colour and rich, full body. Classic US West Coast hops layer in pine and citrus, working in harmony throughout to create a balanced, characterful beer. Derbyshire + CHESHIRE
